The Ground Up Networking Group is the brainchild of Jim Murphy, who started bringing industry colleagues together in the spring of 2008.

The initial aim was to build a group of like-minded individuals who represented various contractors and subs within the construction industry.

The group allows only one representative from each field, and members are expected to uphold the highest standards possible, as they represent the group as well as their own company.

We meet weekly (every Thursday at 4:00 p.m.) to exchange ideas, share business information, develop new business resources, and tell the other members about our challenges and successes.

Through the regular sharing of business intelligence, the members improve their own business, while helping others learn about opportunities, techniques and industry tools that are available.
